The TEAMM framework empowers leaders to drive performance and foster collaboration. It begins with setting clear Targets at both team and individual levels. Leaders then Engage team members, creating buy-in for goals and their unique responsibilities, encouraging a motivating environment where everyone can give their best; Align team members to collective objectives, delivery standards, and shared ways of working; Manage timelines and processes to ensure quality and timeliness. And finally Mediate conflicts and address performance issues to maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

 

This course will provide you with practical skills and a positive mindset to develop a thriving team culture. By the end, you’ll be equipped to lead motivated individuals who excel in their roles and contribute to a vibrant, collaborative workplace.

Assessment & Evaluation

Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.
