The one-day Korn Ferry Academy course, Advancing Diversity through Inclusive Leadership, provides you with the tools to foster an inclusive workplace. Through practical exercises and strategic insights, you’ll learn to create an environment where every team member feels empowered to bring their authentic selves, contribute their viewpoints, and perform at their best.

This course will be beneficial for people managers and business leaders looking to enhance their understanding of inclusive leadership. It is also highly relevant for DEI consultants, and anyone dedicated to encouraging and developing a diverse and inclusive culture within their organisation. The course explores strategies that promote inclusivity and that empowers team members to thrive.

Assessment & Evaluation

Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.

To be eligible for funding, participants are required to attain a minimum 75% attendance and pass the course assessment. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

May Wong

May Wong is a distinguished faculty member of the Korn Ferry Academy and currently serves as an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry. With a diverse professional background, she has collaborated with global teams and business leaders across consulting and commercial sectors. May specialises in leadership development and cultural transformation, leveraging competency and behaviour mapping to design tailored learning interventions for individuals, teams and organisations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, May gained invaluable experience working with a company that introduced tech start-ups to the Asian market, equipping her with deep insights into digital transformation. She also possesses entrepreneurial experience from running her own events management company and spent 18 years in a commercial role leading an APAC sales team. Her passion lies in unlocking individual potential and guiding high-performing teams in today's dynamic, VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment.

Having grown up in both Singapore and Hawaii, May has developed a rich appreciation for diverse cultures. She is also a strong advocate for women-led initiatives in the legal and tech industries, dedicating her efforts to empower the next generation of female leaders.
