The Korn Ferry Academy’s Future-Ready Talent Management Programme offers five essential course modules, thoughtfully designed to empower HR and talent management professionals, as well as business leaders, to strategically build a skilled talent pipeline and drive leadership development.
Additionally, the programme enables you to leverage insights from the proprietary Korn Ferry Talent Assessment and receive personalised coaching to sharpen your skills as a talent management professional.
Korn Ferry Talent Assessment
The programme kicks off with the Korn Ferry Talent Assessment, a powerful tool designed to uncover your current capabilities and future potential. It provides deep insights into the skills, behaviours, and mindsets critical for achieving your goals, offering a comprehensive analysis of your strengths, opportunities, and growth areas. The detailed development feedback report enables you to create a personalised blueprint for success.
To further enhance your understanding of the report, the Korn Ferry Academy conducts a group debrief to guide you in interpreting the results and prioritise your growth areas as you progress through the Future-Ready Talent Management Programme.
Strategic Talent Management for Business Growth
In today’s rapidly evolving and often disruptive business landscape, it is crucial for your organisation to maintain a competitive edge and stay ahead of the curve. Hiring and retaining top talent is essential to achieving this goal.
In Module 1, a two-day course on Strategic Talent Management for Business Growth, you delve into the essential talent management strategies and tactics necessary for driving business growth and innovation. You’ll discover strategies to boost competitiveness and develop a culture of excellence within your organisations, positioning it to attract and retain the talent essential for long-term success.
Identifying and Developing Future Leaders
Sustaining growth and ensuring progress in the right direction is a key challenge for any organisation – and having a skilled, capable team is crucial to overcoming it. However, many organisations struggle with nurturing leaders from within, often losing valuable employees to competitors.
Module 2, a two-day course on Identifying and Developing Future Leaders, is designed to help you enhance your skills in identifying, developing, and nurturing the future leaders of their organisation. You’ll explore cost-effective strategies for talent development, positioning your organisation to benefit from a more skilled, capable, and loyal workforce that can sustain your organisation’s growth and success.
Retaining Top Talent
Employee retention continues to be a top priority for organisations, considering the reality of employees being tempted by offers from competitors is an ongoing challenge. However, as a Future-Ready Talent Management professional, you can design and implement effective strategies that keep your talent engaged, committed, and ultimately retained.
Module 3, a one-day course on Retaining Top Talent, equips you with the strategies to evaluate the changing external market context, identify retention risks early, explore innovative retention strategies and design tailored benefits to ensure your high-potential talent remains engaged.
Succession Planning for Future-Ready Organisations
To ensure leadership continuity and long-term resilience, succession planning has become an essential strategy for organisations. As the business environment evolves rapidly, building a strong leadership pipeline is critical for sustaining growth and adapting to new challenges. Module 4, a two-day course on Succession Planning for Future-Ready Organisations, equips you with the insights and strategies to develop in-house talent and manage leadership transitions effectively.
Through this module, you’ll explore the principles of effective succession planning, develop customised strategies for identifying and nurturing future leaders and engage in interactive sessions that address succession challenges through expert guidance.
Talent Analytics for Decision Making
Many organisations generate vast amounts of HR data but often struggle to harness its full potential. The challenge often lies not in recognising its value, but in navigating the complexities of processing and analysing it. The final Module, a two-day course on Talent Analytics for Decision Making, is designed to help you transform HR data into actionable insights that can drive better organisational outcomes.
This module will equip you with practical skills to enhance decision-making across HR functions, leading to more effective talent management and measurable improvements in your organisation’s HR strategies.
