Who Should Attend
Assessment & Evaluation
Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.
To be eligible for funding, participants are required to attain a minimum 75% attendance and pass the course assessment. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Alvin Goh
Alvin Goh is a distinguished faculty member of the Korn Ferry Academy with over 20 years of experience in business transformation, talent management and organisational development. He is also the Executive Director at the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
As a senior consultant at a leading human consulting firm, Alvin provided end-to-end leadership in business transformation and played a crucial role in shaping talent management strategies. He has also held several key senior positions, including Chief of Staff and Chief HR Officer for a regional bank, where he was instrumental in designing and implementing talent management initiatives that promoted employee growth and development.
At the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), Alvin delivers exceptional leadership in talent management and organisational development. He works closely with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. Alvin's extensive experience in business transformation and talent management has earned him a reputation as a thought leader and a go-to talent expert.
Jerome Joseph
Jerome Joseph is a distinguished faculty member of the Korn Ferry Academy and a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in human resources, learning and development, and talent management. As a certified IHRP Senior Professional he has held diverse roles - from leading organisational development and talent management initiatives across the Asia Pacific region to acting as a strategic HR business partner at local, regional and global levels. His extensive experience also includes heading HR for several multinational corporations and privately-owned companies.
Currently, Jerome is the Director of HR Coach Pte Ltd and provides consultancy in the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
Deeply committed to developing the next generation of HR professionals, Jerome has delivered a wide array of HR programmes at universities and professional training organisations.
