Course Journey
Assessment & Evaluation
Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.
To be eligible for funding, participants are required to attain a minimum 75% attendance and pass the course assessment. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Facilitator Bio
Weixi Tan
Weixi Tan is an accredited faculty of the Korn Ferry Academy.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and highly sought after Master Trainer in the art of interactive facilitative techniques, Weixi’s style can best be described as thoughtful spontaneity, in that he uses a range of fun and informal participatory approaches, backed by knowledge and clear intent, to trigger learning and reflection.
Weixi has prior experience as an Operational and Requirements Manager for a world leader in the aerospace industry. In this appointment, he managed the Asia-Pacific operations, overseeing business development, account management, training development and financial performance.
Beyond his training facilitation for Korn Ferry, he also partners with other leading consulting firms, and spends close to 200 days a year travelling across different countries to deliver customised training workshops and OD solutions for clients from a myriad of industries.
Academically, Weixi holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership awarded by Monash University, as well as Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University. A certified Project Management Professional™ (PMI, USA) and Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (IIBA, CAN), he is also fluent in the use of the Workplace Big Five, DiSC, Strength Deployment Inventory, and Harrison Assessments profiling tools. In addition, he is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK), and also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA, SG) from the Institute for Adult Learning. Certified as a Scrum Master™, his recent projects centres upon promulgating the adoption of a Future-Ready mindset within organisations.
