Jerome Joseph
Jerome Joseph is a distinguished faculty member of the Korn Ferry Academy and a
seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in human resources,
learning and development, and talent management. As a certified IHRP Senior
Professional he has held diverse roles - from leading organisational development
and talent management initiatives across the Asia Pacific region to acting as a
strategic HR business partner at local, regional and global levels. His extensive
experience also includes heading HR for several multinational corporations and
privately-owned companies.
Currently, Jerome is the Director of HR Coach Pte Ltd and provides consultancy in
the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
Deeply committed to developing the next generation of HR professionals, Jerome has delivered a wide array of HR programmes at universities and professional training organisations.
