This engaging one-day course is recommended for all executives including senior HR & talent professionals, directors and other organisational and company leaders, navigating the opportunities and challenges of an ever-changing workforce.

Assessment & Evaluation

Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.

With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning Consulting, Pharma, FMCG, Financial Services and Professional Services, Mak has expertly navigated complex HR landscapes, particularly during business mergers, downsizing, restructuring and change management.

Mak is dedicated to delivering tailored HR and training solutions, specialising in areas such as Executive Holistic Coaching, Leadership Development, Change Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Talent Management and Succession Planning. His innovative approach includes identifying high-potential talent, conducting 360 assessments and leading workshops on Mental Health & Well-being, as well as M&A strategies.
