May Wong
May Wong is a distinguished faculty member of the Korn Ferry Academy and currently serves as an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry. With a diverse professional background, she has collaborated with global teams and business leaders across consulting and commercial sectors. May specialises in leadership development and cultural transformation, leveraging competency and behaviour mapping to design tailored learning interventions for individuals, teams and organisations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, May gained invaluable experience working with a company that introduced tech start-ups to the Asian market, equipping her with deep insights into digital transformation. She also possesses entrepreneurial experience from running her own events management company and spent 18 years in a commercial role leading an APAC sales team. Her passion lies in unlocking individual potential and guiding high-performing teams in today's dynamic, VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment.
Having grown up in both Singapore and Hawaii, May has developed a rich appreciation for diverse cultures. She is also a strong advocate for women-led initiatives in the legal and tech industries, dedicating her efforts to empower the next generation of female leaders.
