At the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Use the change curve model for deeper insight into the emotions and fears that change provokes in people
  • Demonstrate empathy with those resisting change, and craft unique strategies to build trust and engagement with them
  • Perform a stakeholder analysis to understand what support each stakeholder needs to commit to the change agenda
  • Develop and implement an effective change management plan, from communicating your vision for change to engaging stakeholders and managing resistance
  • Tailor your influence strategies to move different stakeholder groups from ‘change averse or neutral’ to “change positive”
  • Build a toolkit of contingencies to manage unexpected challenges during the change process

Course Journey

Assessment & Evaluation

Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.

To be eligible for funding, participants are required to attain a minimum 75% attendance and pass the course assessment. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Facilitator Bio

Jasbir Singh

Jasbir is a Senior Principal in the Leadership Development practice at Korn Ferry. He specialises in helping clients develop a strong leadership bench by equipping high-potential leaders with the mindsets and competencies for more senior roles.​

In his consulting experience, he has helped various clients create robust Assessment Centres to identify future leaders for their businesses. Internally, he leads Korn Ferry's Graduate Recruiting efforts for the advisory team in Singapore.​

​ Jasbir is also the Head of Curriculum at Korn Ferry Academy.​ ​

Before joining Korn Ferry, Jasbir was the Head of Learning & Development at the National University of Singapore, Centre for Future-ready Graduates. Jasbir has passed the Singapore Bar and obtained his Juris Doctor in Law and a Bachelor in Social Sciences (Psychology) from the Singapore Management University. He is also accredited in a variety of psychometrics including the Hogan Assessments, Saville Wave Assessment and the Korn Ferry Suite of Assessments.
