Overview
Change is an inevitable force in business today, yet many individuals still naturally resist it. Ironically, this resistance to change is magnified by poorly orchestrated change management. Often, leaders implement change in a top down, command-and-control fashion with limited regard to employee fears, insecurities, and habits. In contrast, effective change leaders begin with empathy, guiding the process in a way that ensures employees feel heard, respected, and understood.
This two-day Korn Ferry Academy course Leading and Managing Change, is designed for aspiring leaders eager to build their capabilities in this essential area.
Led by an expert in change management, the course delves into the psychology behind resistance to change. You’ll gain valuable insights into why people often hesitate to embrace new directions – and learn strategies to convert that resistance into trust and enthusiasm.
In this course, you’ll learn change management strategies that align your team’s needs with your organisation’s vision, expand your leadership toolkit through collaboration with peers and gain the skills to inspire lasting change. By the end, you’ll be a confident, adaptable leader, ready to navigate uncertainty and drive your team toward success.
