Overview
In today’s dynamic workplace, the reality of employees being tempted by offers from competitors is an ongoing challenge. However, as a leader, you have the power to implement effective strategies that keep your talent engaged, committed, and ultimately retained.
Nurturing and retaining your best employees is crucial for your organisation’s long-term success. Alarmingly, at any one time, one-third of employees in Southeast Asia are actively seeking new opportunities—even when satisfied in their current roles. Now more than ever, it is essential to understand what motivates your top talent and to take action to retain them.
This Korn Ferry Academy one-day course Retaining Top Talent will allow you to evaluate the changing external market context, identify retention risks early, explore innovative retention strategies and create tailored benefits and incentives to retain talent.
